Our office will be closing at 2pm on Wednesday, November 22nd. Payments can be made online or left in our drop box at the office.
Semi-Annual water bills have been mailed. This bill represents water used from April 3, 2023 through October 3, 2023. To avoid a $20 late fee, bills should be paid by December 1st.
The Turners Falls Water Department has set new water rates to be reflected in the May 2024 bills.
We understand that rate adjustments can impact households, and we want to assure you that this decision was made after careful consideration of various factors, including maintenance costs, infrastructure improvements, loss of major water users, costs of operation andfuture sustainability.
